What You’ll Do
- Diagnose leaks and complete associated repairs (patching drywall, recaulking tubs, replacing fixtures, etc.)
- Tackle daily work orders—light plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, appliance fixes, touch-up painting, and minor carpentry
- Prep vacant units quickly and thoroughly to get them move-in ready
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of the on-call rotation (no lockouts required)
- Meet and support vendors for large-scale repairs (HVAC, sewer, etc.) and make sure they get done right
- Keep shared spaces clean, safe, and up to code

What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years of hands-on property or facilities maintenance experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
- Your own basic tools (we’ll provide the rest)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation—some local property support may be required
- Physical ability to lift, climb, kneel, and work indoors and outdoors
- Comfort with mobile work order apps or basic digital systems
- Pool certification is a plus (we’ll help you get it if you don’t have it yet)
