This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional with a strong background in multifamily housing. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to maintain high standards of appearance, safety, and operations. With responsibilities ranging from troubleshooting to preventative maintenance, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining appearance, operational, and safety standards

• Respond promptly to service requests

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances

• Perform preventative and seasonal maintenance

• Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

• EPA Universal certification required

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
