Job SummaryWe’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Man /Handyman o join our team! You’ll primarily make sure our our apartments and homes are rental ready by regularly inspect our buildings for any damage, and conducting routine maintenance to keep it running our homes are running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities 

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage and to install windows, doors, and walls and  or perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends (though this is not often)
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated individual able to handle multiple priorities and tasks within fast-paced environments.
• Troubleshooting: Highlighting the ability to diagnose and fix problems efficiently.
• Skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician, adept at a wide range of repairs and installations.

Our properties are located relatvely close to Rt 79 from Canonsburg to Avalon.
