Job DescriptionAre you a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable, growing company? This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established vitamin production company in Monroe. This facility produces high-quality food products and operates in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment. In this full-time role, you’ll handle both preventative and emergency maintenance across a variety of production equipment and systems. You’ll work closely with multiple departments to minimize downtime, support production, and ensure everything is running safely and efficiently. Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:• 2+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing maintenance• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills• Experience with preventative maintenance, equipment setup, and repairs• Familiarity working in a GMP-regulated environment• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and manuals• Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for the majority of an 8-hour shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm (training on days: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm) Pay Range: $27 - $38 Benefits:• 10 Paid Holidays• Excellent Medical Coverage (95% employer-paid for employees, 50% for dependents)• Dental, Vision & Life Insurance• 401(k) with Employer Match• Generous PTO Package• Continuing Education Reimbursement Interested in learning more?
