The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in preserving the pristine condition of our luxury properties. You'll be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, ensuring that our apartments and common areas meet the exacting standards our discerning expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
• Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property through painting, light carpentry, and general repairs
• Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
• Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
• Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
• Contribute to the overall upkeep of common areas and building exteriors

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance
• Proficiency in general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders safely
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification for HVAC work ()
• Experience with luxury properties or high-end residential maintenance (a plus)
