Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: McLean, VA

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 2 to 3 years of residential maintenance experience

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Day Shift, 8:30am to 5:30pm

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

• Painting and drywall repair
• Appliance installation and repair
• Preventive maintenance inspections
• Basic roofing and gutter maintenance
• Flooring repairs (tile, vinyl, laminate, carpet)
• Locksmith services (rekeying, lock installation, key replacement)
• Power tool and hand tool proficiency
• Work order management and documentation
• Safety procedures and OSHA compliance
• Building codes and maintenance standards

Position Requirements:   

• Basic plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing faucets)
• Electrical troubleshooting (changing outlets, switches, light fixtures, breakers)
• HVAC maintenance (changing filters, basic diagnostics, preventive maintenance)
• Carpentry (door repairs, trim work, cabinet repairs, drywall patching)
