Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support daily operations at our apartment communities. This role is vital in maintaining the property's physical integrity and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our .
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and complete work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, and minor carpentry.
- Complete apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks.
- Ensure grounds, common areas, and amenities are clean and functional.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
- EPA Certification or HVAC experience is required.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family/apartment settings.
- Working knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
