STUDENT HOUSING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Lima, OH | Student Housing Community | ⏰ Full-Time

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join the team at a busy student housing community in Lima, OH. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in solving maintenance issues, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure our have a safe, clean, and comfortable place to call home by:

• Completing maintenance work orders promptly
• Preparing apartments for new (make-readies/unit turns)
• ⚡ Performing basic electrical repairs
• Handling plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
• Diagnosing and repairing appliances
• Completing carpentry, drywall, and painting projects
• Assisting with grounds maintenance and community upkeep
• ❄️ Helping with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance
• Providing excellent customer service to

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience (student housing experience is a plus!)
• Knowledge of basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
