Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaintenance Technician: Lena, Illinois – Multiple Shifts AvailableOur customer in Lena, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians to work full-time across multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). This role offers a unique professional development opportunity, including travel to France next June or September for specialized training. As a Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the smooth operation of equipment and contribute to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• Ensures the flow of product through the plant
• Assures that equipment is functioning properly
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance on production, packaging, material handling and mechanical equipment
• Trouble shoot and repair all Electrical & Pneumatic controls as required
• Fabricate older machines to updated versions.
• Ensure all work orders are done in a timely manner
• Assist in all ongoing projects as needed

Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with high-voltage systems and a solid understanding of AC/DC circuits.
• Hands-on experience with electric motors, automation systems, and food manufacturing machinery.
• Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting, including pneumatics and servomechanisms.
• Experience working with sensors, robotics, and relay logic systems.
• Proficient in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automation controls.
• Ability to perform shielded arc welding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Pay for Maintenance Technician: Starting $32/hour +shift differentials.Maintenance Technician Benefits:
