Hokanson Companies seeks full-time Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience for Class A commercial property in Lafayette, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experiencein all aspects of general maintenance, includingHVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems. Responsible forcompleting building-generated work orders and after-hour emergencies.Position requires quick response to all types of requests, trouble shooting and interaction withteam members and tenants in a professional manner.Qualified candidate must be capable of spotting deficiencies and being proactive in keeping the building and grounds in the best condition.

Must be able to effectively utilize a smart phone, Microsoft Outlook and other basic computer programs.
