Maintenance Technician/Laborer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProperty Management Company seeking a Maintenance Technician/Laborer to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for residential apartments, condominiums, and new buildings. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.  This position may report to Kirkwood, MO and Pevely, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Complete projects and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Maintain appearance of properties
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Cleaning and grounds work
• Be able to move appliances 
• Ba able to shovel snow
• Be able to clean gutters
• Be able to dig in silt fencing
• Assist in making ready of apartments
• Must be available to work in an "On-Call Rotation" and be available for after hours emergency maintenance calls every 3 weeks
• Carpentry, painting and drywall repair is a plus

• Must maintain a professional and courteous manner
• Must own your own hand tools
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement Applies)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
