We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and property grounds. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, customer-focused, and ready to take pride in doing quality work.
What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Asset Manager and Property Managers to help keep buildings and grounds running efficiently.
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance, including locks, windows, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and basic electrical work.
  • Complete work orders promptly using property management software.
  • Conduct property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Maintain heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ensure buildings remain safe and compliant with applicable codes.
  • Assist with general upkeep, repairs, and other tasks as needed.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in facility management or a related field .
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office .
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry items over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Must be able to shovel snow.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Weeknights and weekends as needed
  • On-call rotation required

Compensation

  • $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
