Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Hudson Ridge, Port Ritchie, FL
Key Qualifications: Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment, EPA I & II or EPA Universal, experience with Yardi property management software products, and a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
- Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
- Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
- Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
- Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
- Assist in property preventative maintenance plan
- Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
- Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
Requirements:
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses
- Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper
- Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
- Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Skills & Certifications:
- EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly .
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
