The Maintenance Technician I provides basic mechanical support across manufacturing and warehouse environments. This role focuses on entry-level maintenance tasks such as inspections, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance under supervision. It serves as a developmental position, building foundational knowledge of mechanical systems, safety practices, and facility equipment like reach trucks, printers, and battery systems. Technicians at this level are expected to follow instructions, learn through hands-on work, and demonstrate reliability and attention to detail.

• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks on equipment in both manufacturing and warehouse settings.
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and report signs of wear, damage, or operational risk.
• Replace simple components (e.g., filters, hoses, fuses) under direct supervision.
• Accurately document maintenance tasks and service records.
• Comply with all company safety standards and contribute to maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
• Support senior maintenance technicians with diagnostics and repair activities.
• Participate in safety programs and demonstrate consistent safe work behavior.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support operations.

Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am overtime as needed on Fridays
