Job Summary: The Association is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, trustworthy professional with 3 years’ experience in maintenance and/or construction. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance for our 300-unit community located in Hatboro, PA.

Company Description: Fulmor Heights Home Ownership Association is a housing cooperative with 300 residential units and 3 commercial units. Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Rate: $23 – 30/hour, based on experience

Wage Status: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime)

Schedule: Four 10-hour days, On call

Location: On site

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently performs routine maintenance repairs up to but not limited to:
  • Light HVAC diagnosis and repair
  • Minor electrical diagnosis and repair
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Drywall repair & finish
  • Painting
  • Window and door installation
  • Appliance installation
  • Minor roof and gutter repair
• Snow removal
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of all systems.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed.
• Minor tree work. 

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available for on-call rotation
• Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs.
• Physical demands such as bending, pushing/pulling
• Customer service skills

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in maintenance and/or construction
• Meets all physical requirements to perform all job functions and responsibilities
