Freedom Senior Living in Sevierville, TN is looking for a part-time hospitality-focused maintenance technician for our 5 acre assisted living facility.. We are located on 2951 Boyds Creek Hwy.Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repair duties may include but not limited to,prevenative maintenance,routine servicing,seasonal repairs and changes, fixture installations, plumbing,minor electrical and appliance repairs floor coverings, and some furniture.
• Prevenative maintenance on systems such as HVAC,refrigeration,pumping and motor systems, generator systems, domestic water systems and all other aspects
• operate various types of equipment that may include but not limited to drills, pressure washer,hand tools and company vehicles
• performs painting and refurbishing projects as assigned
• maintains accurate and timely inspection logs and record keeping as directed
• accomplish assignments in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

• Tennessee drivers' license in good standing
• Experience and knowledge is general repairs
• Effective communication skills, including the ability tp understand and follow instructions
