Foundry Equipment Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity:
Join a leading manufacturing team at Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division, where you’ll play a critical role in keeping automated foundry equipment running smoothly. This 2nd shift role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical capabilities looking for stability, great benefits, and relocation support within the U.S.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical malfunctions on automated foundry equipment.
- Perform sequence checks and machine diagnostics to resolve issues and ensure performance meets manufacturer standards.
- Read and interpret shop orders, schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Perform pipefitting and fluid system modifications for water, air, gas, oil, etc.
- Operate forklifts as needed to support maintenance duties.
- Generate and complete shop orders related to repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 3 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of D.C. and A.C. electrical systems
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, plumbing, piping, and close-tolerance machine repair
- Ability to use measuring instruments and evaluate machine operation sequences
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

- 5+ years of industrial maintenance or journeyman-level experience
- Forklift operation experience
