Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Crystal Glen/Breckenridge/Glenwood Village Apartments - Findlay, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation (servicing multiple locations)

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives



Bring Your Skills

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.

  • 1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
  • Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
  • Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting
  • Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
  • Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

  • Provide support at three different locations, depending on workload and scheduling
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
  • Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new
  • Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
  • Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call (services multiple locations)
