We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all maintenance activities.

We pay hourly for this role based upon your experience in Maintenance, we require you to live on site and we provide free housing & utilities as a perk of the job! This is a great opportunity for Singles or Couples, potential for spouse to be employed as well if also looking for employment.

Responsibilities:

• Update and improve property suites as needed
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
• On call for emergency maintenance every other week.

Experience with:

• PLUMBING
• ELECTRICAL
• CARPENTRY
• DRYWALL
• PAINTING
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
