Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

2nd Shift & Weekend Shift
Lancaster, PA
$25-$38/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support facility and equipment operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting equipment installations and process improvements. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair issues involving:
  
  
  • Electrical systems
  • Hydraulics & pneumatics
  • HVAC & plumbing
  • Vacuum systems
  • Carpentry, welding, and painting
• Install and modify new equipment as needed
• Support process improvement and engineering projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Assist with seasonal duties such as snow removal
• Follow all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Specialized training, certification, or 2-year technical degree
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation
