We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support die cast production equipment and facility systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair die cast and facility equipment
• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
• Perform basic facility maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, general repairs)
• Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material-handling equipment safely
• Follow OSHA, lockout/tagout, and plant safety procedures
• Support production by minimizing equipment downtime
• Maintain a strong safety-first mindset

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• PLC experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Associate degree a plus

Work Environment

• Manufacturing / die cast facility
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
