Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in preventive maintenance, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on industrial equipment.

Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems, motors, drives, pumps, conveyors, and automation equipment.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Conduct routine inspections and monitor equipment performance to identify potential failures.

Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs in the CMMS system.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process and equipment improvements.

Follow all company safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.

Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and commissioning.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and reduce downtime.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school certification .

2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and automation systems.

Ability to use precision measuring tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts when needed.
Skills (Not Required)

Welding, fabrication, and machining experience.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or TPM principles.

Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, maintenance software).
