Maintenance Technician - CNC Machines

TruBlu HR Solutions is now hiring a Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity in Houston, TX. We’re looking for a hands-on professional with at least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC Mill and Lathe machines as well as facility systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on CNC Mill and Lathe machines and control systems

• Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems

• Assist with maintenance and repair of hand tools and other shop equipment

• Perform HVAC system maintenance and minor facility repairs

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, specifically with CNC equipment

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
