Maintenance Technician in Cincinnati

Responsibilities:

• Performs scheduled preventative maintenance repairs of production equipment.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during assigned production shift.
• Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Repairs and re-builds a variety of production and processing equipment.
• Performs machine maintenance duties including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals, schematics and blue prints to perform required maintenance and service.
• Comply with all OSHA Safety and Health rules and wears personal protective equipment at all times as required.

Qualifications:

• Must have machine or equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience with applicable mechanical and production equipment and systems.
• Understands basic mathematical concepts, applying them to mechanical maintenance and set up tasks. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting automated equipment.
