Maintenance Technician in Chicago

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment.

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician for at least 3 years (Preferably Industrial setting)

-Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- HVAC certified.

Bonus:

40v & 480v experience

Bilingual (Spanish and English)

This is negotiable based off the applicants' experience.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday

Hours Per Week: 45-50
