Responsible for overall maintenance and care of the property. Needs to be efficient and organized while maintaining accurate inventory of parts and materials. Oversee all move-outs and make readies. Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure work was properly performed. Ensure all work orders are completed sufficiently and in a timely manner. HVAC certified.
