This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential maintenance experience who is ready to take on a new challenge. The property has been without dedicated maintenance for a couple of months, and the right candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact. Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks across a 200+ unit property
• Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor and team to ensure efficient operations
• Address resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential maintenance experience (senior living or hotels considered)
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
