Service Technician

Looking for maintenance technicians for commercial and residential.

Our company strives to employ reliable and customer service-based technicians. Our technicians are not only knowledgeable but skilled in making educated decisions on repairs and quoting for future work. They keep in constant communication with our main office to insure quick and quality service with our clients and customers.

Being a part of TradeMark means you are responsible for efficient time management, quality repairs and communication. Our team provides any and all maintenance services including but not limited to, drywall, electrical, plumbing, roofing and fencing. All team members are equipped with company vehicles, fuel, badges and uniforms. We require you pass a background screen and are a drug free company.

Specific responsibilities include but again are not limited to:

• Communication with clients and/or customers about the scope of work and what to expect.
• Keeping a daily log of costs incurred and hours
• Completing small to medium repairs, remediation, quoting and home projects including windows, caulking, gutters, leaks, doors, fences, gutter cleaning, caulking, install faucets, toilets, and hot water tanks, fix garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, and washing machines, which are all are affected by plumbing issues. etc.
• Keeping a clean and stocked company vehicle, as well as maintaining the equipment.

Salary: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
