Job DescriptionJob DescriptionIndustrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift-Bethlehem, PA
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the team of a leading company in the Bethlehem, PA area, In this role, you’ll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fabrication equipment and systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep production safe and efficient. You’ll also assist with installing safety devices and provide input on equipment purchases and upgrades.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment to maintain productivity.
- Create parts lists and labor estimates for repairs.
- Train team members on new equipment or modifications.
- Maintain accurate repair records.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs.
- 2+ years’ experience in an industrial plant environment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
- Experience operating forklifts, mobile cranes, or other mobile equipment a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Comfortable working in environments that may be noisy, dusty, hot, or cold.
