Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are working with a 200 unit Affordable housing complex on the Riverfront in Beacon who is in need of Maintenance help!

Pay: $20-22/hour
Schedule: 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
We need someone to start ASAP!
Goal:
Provide with a clean, well maintained and fully functioning living environment.
Responsibilities:

• vacant apartment preparation
• trash removal
• emergency repairs
• cleaning
• landscaping
• ordering maintenance equipment
• record keeping
• accepting deliveries and moving furniture and/or appliances.
• turn projects (fixing up apartments after leave prior to leasing to a new )
• Must have hands-on experience with: basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating, landscaping and cleaning

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
