We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience working on automation paint equipment, metal processing equipment, and stamping presses. This position does not require CNC experience but does involve strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on automated paint lines, metal processing machinery, and stamping presses.

  • Carry out PM inspections on stamping presses, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, including diagnosing problems with proximity sensors, motors, and electrical components.

  • Conduct mechanical repairs and support overall equipment reliability.

  • Assist in maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures.

  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing environments.

  • Ability to check and replace proximity sensors.

  • Knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting (no programming required).

  • Understanding of preventive maintenance on stamping presses.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is ideal for a technician with solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys keeping automation equipment running efficiently.
