Compensation:

$23 - $28+ hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure properties are in top condition, enhancing the living experience for our .
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining high standards of service.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring long-term property value.
• Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests, providing peace of mind to and property owners.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, helping us track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues, proactively addressing them before they escalate.
• Communicate effectively with and team members, fostering a positive and cooperative environment for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

• Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks in a real estate or similar environment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Proven track record of collaborating with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Capability to respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests, providing timely solutions.
