Smartlandowns and operates more than 1,400 rental units across Northeast Ohio. Were seeking a skilledMaintenance Technicianto keep our homes and apartments in excellent condition while ensuring every feels at home.

What Youll Do

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Turn vacant units quickly and to standard.
• Handle urgent maintenance requests and rotate on-call.
• Record work orders, photos, and parts in the mobile app.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and tools.
• Physically able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
