Prime Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for an experienced property maintenance technician. Candidate will work unsupervised and will need at least two years property maintenance or general handyman experience.

Position is Temporary full time Monday - Friday.

Candidate's primary job will be painting and work order repairs  relating to drywall patching, basic plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, as well as appliance installation and other duties normally associated with property maintenance and apartment turnover. Some general grounds mainteance such as sprinkler repair may be required.

Must have valid driver's license and clean DMV.
