Full-time, Maintenance Technician position available at an apartment community in Deerfield Beach, FL. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent attention to detail and maintenance skills.

The Apartment Community is approximately 200 units. APARTMENT COMMUNITY- NO PETS

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience - Hands-On EXPERIENCE
• Carpentry, Tile, and make-readies are a must
• AC required
• Multifamily housing experience - Apartments
• On-call share
• Appliance Repair, Plumbing, and Electrical
• Quality assurance programs
• Computer-savvy, helpful
• Honest, loyal,attention to detail and maintenance skills and reliable
