AJ Employment Services is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities across the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform apartment maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance, HVAC, etc.)
• Prepare vacant units for move-ins
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in multifamily / apartment maintenance
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and professionalism on site
• EPA or CPO certification (not required for all roles)
