Your Role:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, and electrical issues
Perform unit turnovers and preventative maintenance
Install air conditioning units, water heaters, sinks, and faucets
Provide excellent service to and leasing staff
Maintain grounds, pools, and public spaces
Who We’re Looking For:
1. HVAC Certified Technician with EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification
2. Minimum 6 months of hands-on HVAC experience
3. Ability to handle maintenance tasks for multifamily and rental homes
4. Own basic maintenance tools and HVAC equipment
5. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
