Job DescriptionJob Description

All three shifts are open and available.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

· Maintaining Injection Molding Equipment and equipment associated with them.

· Maintain, evaluate, and repair equipment such as injection molding machines, conveyors, production machines.

· Experience troubleshooting and repair electric, pneumatic and hydraulic.

· Reading, interpreting, and following schematics and operation manuals.

· Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.

· Cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed.

· Operating a variety of hand and power tools.

· Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

· Complying with health and safety regulations.

Minimum Education/Certification

· High school diploma/GED.

· 3-5+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.

· Trade or vocational school graduation .

Minimum Experience

• Computer skills to include CMMS and MS Office applications.

· Must be able to read electrical, mechanical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic blueprints.

· Needs to have experience running electrical testing equipment, hand power tools.

· 5 years of experience with preventive maintenance.

Physical Requirements

• Standing 95% of the time.
• Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
