The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier Property Management Company, seeks a full-time on call maintenance technician for our community in Brooklyn, NY

Candidate Required Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience in plumbing / electrical / maintenance
• Experience in painting / carpentry
• Candidate will be required to be “on-call” periodically for emergency work orders
• Candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning and porter work for the building
• Must be detailed and organized
• Great customer service skills
