This posting is for a full-time 40-hour per week (M - F) Maintenance Technician.  This position is responsible for the day-to-date maintenance of a 238-unit high-rise condominium building.  Responsibilities include receiving and processing work orders, maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies, making routine inspections of the building and mechanical equipment and reporting any maintenance issues to the General Manager, routinely testing plumbing and HVAC shut-off valves to ensure that they are working, performing minor plumbing, drywall, painting and electrical repairs as needed.  Persons applying for this position must have their own transportation and will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, both during the day, after hours and on weekends.
