Trimark Corporation is a commercial real estate services firm that operates primarily in the greater Washington, DC region. Trimark's services include property management, investment sales, leasing, mechanical, and facilities maintenance. Trimark primarily serves office, retail, mixed-use, and warehouse properties, which include condominium properties.

Trimark Corporation is currently seeking a roving Commercial Building Maintenance technician to serve at multiple properties in the Northern Virginia area. A company vehicle will be provided.

Sample of Building Engineer Responsibilities:

Completing all work tickets, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance activities
Preventive maintenance inspections
Timely maintenance and repairs
Preparation and turnover of vacant units
Weekly building and property inspections
Minor electrical, plumbing and drywall repairs, and maintenance of HVAC
Other related duties

Job Requirements:

* Northern Virginia candidates .
* Must be fluent in English and have commensurate writing skills
* Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* Must be a self-starter and have the ability to use deductive logic to troubleshoot equipment and building related issues
* Must be able to work with little or no supervision
* Must be able to interact with a positive manner with tenants, contractors and the public
* Must be able to cover after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis

Education and Training for Building Engineers:

* High school degree
