Maintenance Technician

Pay rate ranges from $17.40 to $21.75 per hour.
The availability is Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Saturday, rotating schedule 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Rotating schedule for after hour emergencies.
TYPICAL DUTIES
- Performs general maintenance for drive-thru equipment such as minor audio video, and drive-in unit repairs and all related equipment.
- Repairs and/or replaces plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, etc. Clears obstructions from the lines.
- Provides remodeling services requiring fastening cabinets to walls, door locks, and door closures and any other services that may be required.
- Performs basic diagnostic and repairs on electrical components including motors, circuit wires, fixtures, ballasts and lamps.
- Follows proper driving and safety regulations while operating company vehicle.
- Performs basic diagnostic and repairs on HVAC equipment.
- Lifts and move furniture and equipment within and between buildings.
- Performs preventive maintenance duties such as changing air filters and cleaning condenser coils.
- Other duties as may be assigned or required in connection with the general operation of the credit union.
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience in general building maintenance.
- Required experience in basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Desired experience in drive-thru equipment, CCTV and alarm repair.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
- Requires working outdoors on occasion and at high elevation.
- Requires a flexible work schedule.
- Requires overtime after regular business hours and/or weekends.
Must be able to operate company vehicle per our guidelines and follow proper driving and safety regulations while operating company vehicle.
Requires standing and walking the majority of the day, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, climbing, twisting, kneeling and reaching above and below shoulder level continuously.
