Maintenance Technician

Shift 7am to 5:30pm Mon- Thurs

Pay $21-$25/hr

Job Summary
The Maintenance Tech, would be someone with experience at other distribution centers maintaining and repairing similar equipment, like conveyors, cranes, robots, forklifts, etc. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our production processes.

Duties

• Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Maintain and repair industrial machinery, including but not limited to conveyors, cranes, robots, forklifts, etc.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment to minimize downtime.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to execute complex repairs and installations.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in a manufacturing environment.

Experience

• Proven experience at distribution centers maintaining and repairing similar equipment
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, conveyors, cranes, robots, forklifts, etc..
• Ability to analyze problems effectively and implement solutions promptly.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for maintenance tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
