Hiring for a Maintenance Tech for an apartment complex in Rochester, NY

Pay: $21-23/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM

Techs are responsible for both General Maintenance orders and Apartment Turnovers.

Skills required and main responbilities:

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• Experience in affordable housing/REAC inspection experience but not required.
• Hands-on plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
• Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift
