Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or related field .
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Capability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems is a plus.
