What your day will look like:

• Perform a wide range of duties to install, operate, and maintain Rando machines
• Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during production and off-hours as needed
• Conduct preventative maintenance, update and track monthly PM schedules
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and work orders to complete necessary service
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and promptly report issues to the Supervisor
• Inspect product to verify it meets production specifications
• Maintain quality standards and required production levels
• Assist Production and Maintenance teams with machine operation and troubleshooting
• Understand and perform all roles within the crew with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate knowledge of fiber blending and rewinder processes
• Accurately collect and record production data in logbooks

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of factory and maintenance experience
• 2+ years’ operating Rando or similar machinery
• Low-voltage electrical experience
