Maintenance Technician

Core Responsibilities:
    •    Perform basic preventive maintenance and routine repairs on equipment, systems, and building structures
    •    Assist senior technicians with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
    •    Conduct regular inspections of equipment and common areas to identify issues
    •    Replace filters, light bulbs, belts, and minor fixtures
    •    Operate basic hand and power tools safely
    •    Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
    •    Maintain accurate logs and documentation of tasks completed
    •    Ensure clean, organized, and safe workspaces

Core Competencies:
    •    Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
    •    Willingness to learn and take direction
    •    Basic understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices
    •    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces
    •    Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
    •    Good communication and team collaboration

Qualifications (not required):
    •    High school diploma or GED
    •    1 year of maintenance, construction, or mechanical experience
    •    Valid driver’s license
    •    Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
