Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help care for and maintain multiple residential and commercial properties in the Dogtown and Richmond Heights areas of St. Louis. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with a wide range of hands-on maintenance and repair skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs across multiple properties

• Handle basic carpentry tasks 

• Repair and install drywall

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces

• Perform tile work and light flooring repairs

• Troubleshoot and perform minor electrical repairs (e.g., outlets, light fixtures)

• Assist with plumbing maintenance (e.g., leaky faucets, toilet repairs)

• Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

• Communicate effectively with property managers and owners

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or related trades

• Proficiency in a variety of skills: painting, tiling, drywall, carpentry, and basic electrical work

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Truck provided for jobs.

• Basic tools (company can provide additional equipment when needed)
