We’re seeking a  Maintenance Technician to join our team at Spacestation, where you’ll maintain and optimize state-of-the-art beverage production systems.  If you’re fueled by problem-solving, a hunger for excellence, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of cannabis innovation, this is your chance to scale with us and redefine the industry.

Shift:  8am - 4:30pm

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced beverage equipment (fillers, seamers, cappers, depalletizers, shrink tunnels, and more) with speed and precision to ensure seamless production.
  • Innovate and optimize equipment performance, proactively identifying solutions to boost efficiency and uptime without compromising quality or safety.
  • Master a fast-paced environment, adapting to new technologies, processes, and flexible schedules, including overtime, to keep our production lines humming.
  • Execute critical tasks like lockout/tagout, conveyor lubrication, and repairs on pumps, valves, and piping systems (PVC, copper, stainless steel) with a safety-first mindset.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain clean, organized work areas and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in can/bottle production, manufacturing, or equipment maintenance—or a relentless drive to learn and grow in a high-tech environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills in troubleshooting bearings, belts, sprockets, chains, gearboxes, and automated systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and a team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovating in a scaling company.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude, thriving under pressure and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • A safety-first approach, with knowledge of safe equipment operation and adherence to industry standards.

Physical Stuff

  • Strong manual dexterity and comfort with repetitive tasks, including bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and machinery to maintain and repair complex systems.
  • Capability to meet the full scope of physical demands in a dynamic, high-energy workplace.
