What You’ll Do:

• Complete service requests and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance)
• Prepare vacant apartments for new
• Maintain community buildings, amenities, and grounds
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed
• Manage tools, supplies, and equipment inventory
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 yr prior maintenance or handyman experience required (multifamily )
• HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) a plus
• Pool experience and CPO a plus
• Ability to handle after-hours calls
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
